Refund period

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paystack. Approved refunds are issued back through Paystack to your original payment method (card, bank transfer, or USSD).

To request a refund:

• Contact our support team at support@barvault.live with the email address you paid with and your payment reference, and we will process the refund via Paystack.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days to appear in your account.
